Ordering: We accept online ordering via VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL.
Orders may be entered directly on our sheridansupply.com site. You may also order via Phone at 518-434-2138, Fax an order at 518-434-0868, or email your order at email@example.com.
Upon submission of your order, you will receive notice from us by email confirming we received your order, and that your order is being processed. After we have received and accepted your order, we will bill your credit card, and notify you with shipping or tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping/tracking email please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us and we will provide that information. If we do not accept your order, we will contact you.
Please allow 7-10 business days following the shipping date for receipt of goods. You may contact us at any time to inquire about the status of your order. An order marked “completed” indicates the order has been shipped and, if not received, is in transit.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipments to taxable customers in New York. If you are exempt from sales tax and from a state where we have a tax nexus, please email a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate to us at email@example.com when you place your order. Product Descriptions and Pricing: sheridansupply.com goal endeavors to provide complete descriptions of all products offered on the Site; however, in the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason.
Shipping Information: sheridansupply.com ships online orders to the lower 48 states via UPS and in some cases USPS with shipping rates supplied at checkout.
Small Package Delivery Information: You must physically inspect your shipment(s) before accepting them from the carrier. If no one is present for the delivery, please inspect immediately as some carriers require notification of a claim within 24 hours.
If your shipment is damaged or incomplete, call customer service right away to notify us. We will facilitate the freight claim and work with you to complete your order.
Deliveries and Pickup: sheridansupply.com offers deliveries to customers in the Capitol District of Albany, NY and in some cases extended areas depending on the orders size. A delivery charge may apply, please contact customer service for details. Orders may also be picked up at our Sheridan Avenue center in downtown Albany.
Truck (LTL) Delivery Information: When a product is too heavy/large to ship via conventional delivery services (e.g. UPS), it will be sent to you via truck. We will contact you with any additional requirements or charges for special orders. With truck freight services you will be responsible for getting the product from the back of the truck to your preferred location. The products/packages will need to be inspected immediately for damage and shipment refused if necessary.
Limited Liability: SheridanSupply.com shall not be liable for any delay in inability to deliver or procure products resulting from any events out of our control such as severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of SheridanSupply.com in the conduct of its business.
Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our stock products, we will issue you a refund for the product, less a restocking fee if applicable, for all unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns for special order products are subject to vendor or factory return policies. For most orders, placed with products that are in stock, SheridanSupply.com accepts returns up to 30 days from receipt and will credit back the full amount of the product.
Please contact Customer Service for authorization on all returns (including damaged or defective products, incorrect orders, warranty claims) prior to returning the item. The product must be returned unopened/tampered with in its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. For orders placed with products that are non-stock and must be ordered directly from the manufacturer, a 30% restocking fee will apply. In the case of a manufacturer shipping a made to order product, returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.

- Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization. Place that Return Authorization Number on the exterior corner of the package and inside Include a note describing the problem.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.
- Send the return package to the address provided by customer service.
The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the returned items.
Replacing Items Under Manufacturer Warranty
SheridanSupply.com honors all manufacturer warranties for our products. If you are experiencing a problem that is still covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty, please contact a Customer Service Representative. Sheridan Supply will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. In some cases this will require you to contact the manufacturer directly.
In some cases, such as for larger items, warranty policies may only cover parts and not labor or may only be eligible for replacement and not credit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the warranty item back to us and we will pay the shipping costs to send out the replacement.
Privacy: When you make a purchase from sheridansupply.com, we will ask for information such as name, address and credit card information. This information is stored in a secured database, only accessible to employees with access rights to this information. User’s credit information is transferred over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other Internet users.
